Katalina Caliendo explores metaphors on the relationships between our environments and being human. Her ceramic practice embodies haptic and sensorial inquiries often from considering Social Science, Environmental Philosophy and Ecology.

She has exhibited through fairs and gallerys throughout the United Kingdom such as Collect Art Fair at Someret House, Design Musuem London, Chelsea Design Centre, London Art Fair, and Crafting a Difference at Shoshiro House. Katalina Caliendo holds a masters degree from the Royal College of Art and is a Queen Elizabeth Benefact Trust Scholar.

I aim to facilitate vital explorations of our relationship to, and place within, the material and natural world.
